The staff helped give tips on places to visit. The breakfast had many options and tasted very good. I always found something tasty to eat. My room included air conditioning and also travel toiletries. This was such a welcome surprise after a long day of traveling.
The bed felt quite firm for my liking, though everything else was lovely. I could have used a softer mattress.

The hotel is located within a fifteen minute walk to Termini. This area safety was good. There are many restaurants and bus stops nearby. They were easy to access. Public transport made getting around so convenient.

faulty air conditioninglate-night noise
The air conditioning did not work. they claimed a law prevented air conditioning use during part of the year. I found this frustrating. it was also noisy outside because bars with outdoor seating stayed open late. i couldn't open the windows because of the noise, but the lack of air conditioning made the room hot.

the breakfast offered a decent selection though it was the same each day it worked well for my short stay the location was conveniently close to the train station this made it easy to get around and explore the city the staff were friendly and helpful they provided assistance whenever i needed it

The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. This made getting around on foot somewhat challenging. We relied more on public transport.

The air conditioning did not function adequately, resulting in a noticeably warm room despite outside temperatures not being extreme. I also observed visible wear in the bathroom. The showerhead showed signs of calcium buildup and tiles had some grout missing. These details suggest the hotel needs some refurbishment..
